Redfin Estimate Checker
Find out if a home's digital estimate matches what buyers are actually paying.

What it does
Redfin's algorithm lags the real market — sometimes by months, sometimes by years. This skill back-calculates what Redfin estimated at the exact moment a home sold and compares it to the actual sale price, so you can see how far off the algorithm really was before making an offer.
Who it's for
Home buyers and investors who want to know whether a listing price reflects what the market is actually doing — not what an algorithm guessed six months ago.
How it works
Give Claude a list of recently sold addresses. The skill navigates to each Redfin listing, reads the estimate history widget, and uses the 'change since sold' figure to back-calculate what Redfin thought the home was worth at the moment of sale. It then builds a table showing the gap between algorithm and reality for each address.
